We’ve designed an integrated thruster module for Blue Robotics T-200 thrusters that makes them compatible with the goBILDA pattern.
In addition, we’ve designed custom guards that are IP2X compliant (gaps < 12.5 mm), and pass MATE safety inspections, but have a much lower impact on thrust than traditional shrouds.
The module is also compatible with Blue Robotics T-100 thrusters.

Note: we print these in PLA on a Prusa Mini with 0.2 mm layer height. Strength, snap force, and durability will vary with material and print settings, and it’s your responsibility to manufacture and qualify these guards for your needs.
